Blue Fizz

For something more exotic, transform your New Year’s Eve outing with a Blue Fizz cocktail!

- One measure of Blue Curaçao

- Top up with champagne

Pour the Blue Curaçao into the flute glass and top up with the champagne. As an alternative to champagne, you can also use another dry (Brut) sparkling wine such as Cava.

Garnish with a sliver of lemon peel.
