Caribbean Rum Punch

This delicious punch is definitely a Caribbean favorite.

- 1 scoop of crushed ice
- juice of 1/2 a lime
- 1 oz pineapple juice
- 1 oz orange juice
- splash of cherry syrup
- 2 oz dark rum
- splash of Lemon Lime and Bitters (LLB)

Add a splash of cherry syrup to the glass. In a shaker, combine lime juice, fruit juice and rum. Add a few dashes of LLB and some grated nutmeg to taste. Serve on crushed ice.

As the old rhyme goes, ‘One of sour, two of sweet, three of strong, four of weak.’ Enjoy!
